WikiHow is another website I use for back links. It is closely moderated so when posting on wikiHow, make sure you provide helpful, accurate information. (I always do!)

I have added my links to a few existing wikiHow pages, but I don't do that often because it can get too spammy.

Some webmasters have had success linking their sites to Wikipedia, but it is tricky to put an external link there without having it removed, so I haven't bothered with it.
